Don has been admitted as a solicitor in Victoria and Queensland. He has practised exclusively in the Tewantin-Noosa area since founding the firm more than thirty years ago.

Don is well known for his  conscientious  care and  for the quality of the legal services he provides for his clients particularly in the areas of Wills and deceased estates.

​

Don has a name for thinking outside the square when it comes to preparing Wills and Estate Planning for clients in second marriages, blended families and where beneficiaries with special needs are involved.

Over the years, many clients have elected to appoint Don as their executor and as trustee of their deceased estates.

​

When not in the office Don can usually be found running or cycling through the local area or swimming at the aquatic centre.
